Milk before bed = Weight gain?

Does drinking milk before bed affect your weight?

Milk has so many health benefits. Just one cup of milk has calcium, protein, vitamins [D, B2, B12], potassium, selenium, phosphorus. In addition to that, organic and grass fed cow's milk contains vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids, and beta-carotene, which helps reduce inflammation and fight stress. Studies have also shown that it improves bone health, AND it helps with weight loss if you drink it during the day. Warm milk is proven to help make you fall asleep faster, as it will have a calming effect on the nervous system. But does milk in the nighttime make it harder to lose those last pounds?

Studies show that one cup of milk doesn't have enough calories to make a big impact on your weight. Feel free to enjoy some warm milk before you turn in for the night.
